Something that would help me like somas do? or is there an herb? i am having a bad day with this pain. i mean something that i don’t have to see the doctor to get? thanks

I have had fibromyalgia for 6 years. I have had epidurals, nerve blocks and different medicine. What have you tried and worked. What do you think about methadone for pain and what about Lyrica?
