Has anyone suffering chronic pain from fibromyalgia or any pain causing condition tried Lyrica?
I’ve just begun research into the side effects. I’ve read users reviews and they vary widely. From hair loss to nervousness to many getting pain reduced tremendously and good restful sleep.
If you suffer side effects does the good outweigh the bad?
How long have you been taking Lyrica and what daily dosages?
I’m asking in case it may be something that will help with fibro pain and a better quality of life.

Fibromyalgia – Early Symptoms of Fibromyalgia
Early symptoms of fibromyalgia are actually not very different from the actual fibromyalgia symptoms when the condition has progressed. There is no specific cure for fibromyalgia, so it is best to treat the symptoms as soon as possible in order to reduce the critical effects of the condition.
Symptoms of fibromyalgia include pain and stiffness in the muscles and joints, sleep difficulties, depression, weakness, and fatigue. Many people describe the symptoms as being similar to the feeling of over-working the muscles, they are very stiff and sore much like muscles feel after a long day of physical labor.
The symptoms of fibromyalgia seem to come and go, people report that the pain is less intense on some days. It is important that you consult with the doctor to determine the causes of the higher intensity pain, so that you can put together a treatment plan for your individual symptoms.
Early symptoms of fibromyalgia can start as early as the teenage years, many years before the condition progresses to a debilitating point. Early on, many people find that they are constantly tired and have sore muscles, but they don’t do anything to treat the symptoms until later on when the pain begins to intensify and become unbearable.
One other early symptom is described as “brainfog,” which means that you may have temporary times when you forget information that you would regularly know- such as your name or hobbies that you enjoy. It is most common for fibromyalgia brainfog to start in the morning right when a person gets out of bed, and then it will slowly go away as the person goes about their daily business.
